Return Policy
New York Squash tournament and event entry fees are fully refundable up to the tournament or event cutoff date. Refunds shall be issued via the original payment method utilized. Should a player cancel or withdraw at any time after the tournament or event cutoff date, the player shall receive 100% credit towards any future New York Squash tournament or event. If a player cancels after the tournament or event has started, no refund will be given.

Privacy Policy
New York Squash respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The NY Squash Board of Governors are your fellow players and treat your information no differently from how we treat our own. This Privacy Policy describes the ways NY Squash collects, stores, uses and protects your personal information. You accepted this policy when you joined NY Squash or registered for a NY Squash event or service. NY Squash may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on www.nysquash.com and any revisions will be effective as of the date and time of posting.

NY Squash periodically collects personal user information such as name, address, phone number and email addresses during the process of registering users for NY Squash events or the squash-related events of NY Squash partners such as local clubs. We may use this information from time to time to contact users to publicize NY Squash events, the squash-related events of NY Squash partners or to conduct market research in order to improve NY Squash events and services. Under no circumstances will the NY Squash sell, lease or otherwise share ANY personal user information with a third party. Credit card numbers are used at the Point of Sale and are not stored by NY Squash. Any user information collected is stored in full compliance with all applicable US federal and state regulations and NY Squash uses current information management safeguards to protect personal user information.

Photography Waiver and Release Policy
New York Squash occaisonally takes photographs of players and attendees at its events, and publishes photographs on this website and through other marketing and communication channels, for the purpose of promoting NY Squash. Participation in any NY Squash event serves as your permission for NY Squash to use your likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications and website without payment or any other consideration. These photographs are the property of NY Squash and may be edited, altered, copied, exhibited, published or distributed by NY Squash, will not be returned. In addition, participants at NY Squash events waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, and any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
